Due to the demand on my time please give 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. If less than 24 hours notice is given, 50% of your appointment will be charged to your credit card. However, there will be no penalty for last minute cancellations or reschedules due to illness. Also, I cannot guarantee appointment for late arrivals. A late arrival will receive an extension of scheduled service only if its available. If it is not available, it will be treated as a cancellation.

I recommend that you schedule your next appointment prior to leaving the salon so that we can be sure to accommodate your schedule and maintain your look. I will determine when you need to return to maintain your style in your consultation.
Please leave small children at home - space is limited and the salon is not a child safe environment. Your understanding is greatly appreciated.
Service Adjustment and Return Policy:
My goal is for every client to leave my chair feeling beautiful and in love with their hair. If your hair did not live up to your expectations for any reason, please let me know within 7 days of your visit and I’m happy to address the issue at no additional charge. I do not offer refunds, and any issues that pop up after 7 days will require a new appointment.
Please note that I cannot guarantee any color services if you do not purchase hair product from me and follow my hair care recommendations. Issues such as color fading and unwanted tonal changes within 7 days of your appointment can be caused by using the wrong haircare products and improper care.
Should you make a retail purchase that you are unsatisfied with, we will accept exchanges at a full retail credit for 7 days after the initial purchase. We will replace any damaged product (pump failure) within 14 days.

We always have high safety and sanitation procedures in the salon in order to protect our guests and uphold our licensure. As salon professionals, we are highly trained in disease control and prevention. We also use professional strength disinfectants and cleaning solutions that aren't available to the general public. It is up to each individual guest as well as stylist if they would like to wear a mask or not. If a guest requests their stylist be masked, we are happy to honor that request for the duration of the appointment. We have hand sanitizers placed strategically throughout the salon and we do monitor our team members for symptoms and exposures. In the instance of an exposure, team members are not permitted to service guests or be in our facility until providing a negative test. For HIPPA and medical privacy reasons, we cannot disclose who is vaccinated. Out of respect for our salon team as well as other guests, we kindly ask for all conversation regarding COVID-19 be kept out of the salon. This allows us to preserve an environment that protects relaxation as well as respect the choices of all involved.

WHAT INFORMATION WE COLLECT ABOUT YOU
We collect the minimum amount of information about you when you book an appointment for a service or treatment, visit the salon for a service or treatment, apply for a job, whether contact is online, on paper, by email or over the phone. The information you give us may include your name, address, email address, phone number, relevant history – for example dates of services, color formula codes, your preferred stylists, payment and transaction information and even how you like your coffee! We also keep CVs on file for a maximum of two years. For clients under the age of 16, we will only keep and use their personal information with the consent of a parent, carer or guardian.
HOW INFORMATION ABOUT YOU WILL BE USED
In law, we are allowed to use personal information, including sharing it outside the salon, only if we have a proper reason to do so, for example: • To fulfil a contract with you i.e. to provide the service or treatment you have requested and to communicate with you about your appointments. We will contact you via phone, email or SMS. We consider your having made the appointment as consent to undertake this activity but, if you want, you may opt-out at any time.
• After visiting us, we may send you an email or SMS asking you to rate our services and provide feedback. We consider your agreement and participation in the service as consent to undertake this activity but, if you want, you may opt out at any time.
• We will not undertake phone, mail, email or SMS marketing without you first providing consent for us to do so. Of course, you may opt out of receiving marketing material at any time. We have rigorous data protection and security policies in place with all our suppliers. Our team have access to the following details: your name, telephone number and email address. The team are not able to download any details electronically. We will not share your information with any other third party without your consent except to help prevent fraud, or if required to do so by law.
We would like to send you information about products and services which may be of interest to you. We will ask for your consent to receive marketing information. If you have consented to receiving marketing, you may opt out at a later date. You have the right at any time to stop us from contacting you for marketing purposes. HOW LONG YOUR INFORMATION WILL BE KEPT FOR
Unless you request otherwise, we will keep your information to contact you no more than eight times a year for a maximum of 1 year from your last visit to the salon.
Unless requested otherwise by yourself, your information will be kept for a minimum of 6 years. After this time we will delete all your personal information, except for your name, relevant client history (e.g. allergy test records which we keep for 4 years) and financial transactions (which we are obliged to keep for 6 years). Information about unsuccessful job applicants will be deleted after one year.
WHERE YOUR INFORMATION IS KEPT
We use numerous leading software solutions within our business to provide the services listed above. These software solutions store and process data in numerous locations outside our business premise. Please contact us if you wish for a list of providers. Any payment transactions are encrypted. ACCESS TO YOUR INFORMATION AND CORRECTION
You have the right to request a copy of the personal information that we hold about you. This will normally be free, unless we consider the request to be unfounded or excessive, in which case we may charge a fee to cover our administration costs. We use this information to refine future email campaigns and provide you with more relevant content based around your activity. Cookies are text files placed on your computer to collect standard internet log information and visitor behaviour information. CCTV and Wi-Fi We use CCTV within our premises. You have the right to see any footage that contains images of you within the salon. This footage is kept for up to six weeks. We provide free guest Wi-Fi to our clients. We do not collect any data.
