Frizzy hair is typically lacking moisture. Make sure you are using a professional hydrating shampoo and conditioner and follow up hydrating styling products such as Unite U-Oil or Blonda Oil.

Your hair likely needs depth and dimension with proper placement and formulation from an experienced hair colorist.
Flat looking color
Use a professional clarifying shampoo every 4-5 shampoos along with a color safe violet shampoo. Unite and Olaplex are my faves for these!
